Our original Happy Badger Café represents an effort to buy the best goods, prepare in-house fresh and to be creative and gourmet. Some of our ingredients include Tofu, Portabella and White Tuna. All sandwiches are prepared on Zingerman’s Bakery bread and roasted with Garlic Olive oil.

One of the customer favorites is our vegetable stew topped with a Zingerman’s Scone. Our Teas and Coffee are Fair Trade, Equal Exchange and locally owned Grounds For Thought. Tofu is made fresh and picked up in Ann Arbor at the Rosewood Soy Plant. Some, but not all, of our cheese is raw milk.
